COLOR BURST CLIMBING.
POW! The colors on this indoor rock climbing wall in Italy really pop.
This photo shows U.S. Army paratroopers and cadets from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point tackle the climb during the Basic Climbing Course with the Italian Army’s 6th Alpini Regiment in Brunico, Italy on June 12, 2024.
The paratroopers, from the 173rd Airborne Brigade, learned survival and trekking skills as part of a series of planned training events to enhance readiness and build interoperability between U.S. and Italian forces.
The 173rd Airborne Brigade is the U.S. Army Contingency Response Force in Europe, capable of projecting forces anywhere in the areas that are the responsibility of U.S. European Command, Africa Command or Central Command.
